All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3.3 Customisation

Customised or made-to-order items may have longer production and delivery timelines. Once production has begun on a custom order, cancellations may not be accepted.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Dialogue Dukan reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at checkout.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. Acceptance of your order occurs only when we dispatch your item(s) and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment failure, or stock unavailability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days from dispatch. Custom or made-to-order products may take 10-20 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping promotions are subject to minimum order values and applicable terms.

6.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Dialogue Dukan will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

6.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a product is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for products that are received damaged or defective, or are significantly different from what was described on our website. Minor cosmetic differences due to the 3D printing process are not grounds for return.

• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

7.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

7.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. For custom items, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details.
